Hi, I'm Heidi!

I am the founder and owner of Mind Body Baby and the Mind Body Baby Collective.

When I decided to open a business focused on supporting mamas I had NO CLUE where to start.

But now I own and operate an 8,000sqft Collective, earning six figures.

I figured it all out, so you don’t have to!

Supporting moms is kind of my thing.

I’ve packaged everything up for you to build your version of this business!

How did I get here?

It started pretty hard.

After my journey through infertility I finally was pregnant during the pandemic. The isolation during pregnany and postpartum left me with severe anxiety.

I missed out on “the village” everyone talks about. I didn’t get to make new mom friends or share in the highs of my long awaited baby.

...and then it got worse! Until...

One day I drove past a building and thought, what a great spot for a yoga studio. I had no true vision yet. I was already a Doula and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher. The building wasn’t for lease so I kept my dream inside.

Until one day when I read a post saying the business had closed, but the building was still not for lease. I did a reverse deed lookup, found the owners and...

it started to come together.

I toured the space and started to see the plan in my mind. It was small but I knew it could hold beautiful things. Mind Body Baby was a Yoga Studio that offered Childcare during class times. As we grew

I saw an opportunity to help other mamas on a bigger scale!

Now I own the 8,000 sqft building where my Collective space offers childcare for nearly 20 different support services. Bring big glow up!
